This painting underwent treatment in 2010 as part of the UvA Masters programme, carried out by another student. However, the treatment remained unfinished during the retouching phase.

In the preceding treatment in 2010, the retouching process commenced by filling in losses with a base colour resembling the surrounding areas.

1. Retouching

   The losses will be reintegrated to regain unity in colour and composition and enhance the overall aesthetics while maintaining a minimalist approach in the retouching process. Gamblin Conservation Colors will be used to perform the retouching.
